Project Description
Rotary Club of Patan South supported the education of needy students at Mera School, Solukhumbu. The project helped students with school dress, stationery, and scholarship support.
A total of 9 students received support for school dress and stationery. In addition, 6 needy students received scholarships to continue their education.
The scholarship support was NPR 5,000 for each of the 6 students, making a total scholarship amount of NPR 30,000. The project also included support for school dress for 9 students with the support amount of NPR 18,000. The total support amount is NPR 48,000
The beneficiaries were students at Mera School in Solukhumbu and this support project reduced the financial burden on students and their families. It encouraged students to continue their education with better confidence, proper school materials, and scholarship assistance.
